Wanting to make marks with a darker tone therefore allowing me to add more layers upon it left me using black alone and not watering it down. As soon as I made the first mark with the black paint, I disliked the harshness of it, therefore, as you can mostly probably tell, I watered down the paint to the grey tone in which I seemed to have been relying on to make marks. Whilst I did not use a darker tone this time, which did annoy me as it started feeling a bit like a wasted experiment, I did like the blue tones throughout it. I feel they work really well with the grey tone and in addition to this it got me thinking about using white paint splatters upon the piece. To conclude, there are aspects about this piece which I like and aspects I really dislike. However, I do feel as if I have learnt where to go with my future experiment from this piece.
