Burn marks is such a subtle way of creating texture within my pieces, and for this reason I continued to do it. In addition to this, the actual process of burning my pieces really relates to my work. When a person burns something, it falls away, breaks down and almost fades away. Therefore, I feel it really relates to the culture of Grime. To conclude, I am happy with how this piece turned out, I feel I could start to create deeper burn marks, therefore they strangely highlight the marks I have made.
