Counting with mark making within my sketchbook, I decided I need to try incorporate other colours within my work. In addition to this I wanted to continue with my own mark making. I then added paint streaks upon the page, especially focusing on covering the deeper coloured marks. I feel adding blue to this piece completely changed the tonal value of the piece, instead of using very darker colours it allowed me to added a light aspect to the piece. To conclude, I am happy with how this piece turned out, the one improvement I would add is too try making deeper marks therefore they aren't lost through the piece.
