After dabbling with making graffiti marks within my sketchbook, I decided to dedicate a sketchbook to it because it was something I really wanted to start developing. I began making marks, within the gold spray paint I had bought. I don't feel this went well, I feel I am not skilled enough, or have developed my spray painting technique enough to not use stencils. In addition to this, I wanted to trail out stencils. I do not feel this piece is completely unsuccessful, it has shown me how difficult spray painting is and how much I need to develop my skills. To conclude, I will continue with spray painting, as I love the texture and references I can make with using this medium, and will trial out making stencils.
